In my opinion, it isn't too dark but it is pleasurable. I also found that Droste Pastilles dark chocolates are quite good, although they do become weird and don't snap when broken. Hershey's is weird when it comes to chocolate, too sweet to be a dark chocolate and isn't too smooth either. valrhona 71% is a great dark chocolate with a good dark chocolate sensation.
